5) Parents and guardians: help and requests

If you are a parent/guardian and believe a minor is attempting to use AorakiPlay, contact us. If possible, include the username, email, and any relevant details. We can assist with account investigation, account closure, and guidance on device/app restrictions. We may need to verify your relationship to the account holder and will handle information in line with our privacy practices.
