Purchases & Refunds Policy

1) Optional in‑app purchases

Our games may offer optional purchases such as virtual currency, boosters, cosmetic items, bundles, passes, or other digital entitlements (“Virtual Items”). Prices are shown in‑app before you confirm payment.

2) What you receive

After a successful payment, the purchased Virtual Items are delivered to the account/profile used at the time of purchase. Delivery is usually immediate, but may be delayed due to connectivity, platform, or verification checks.

3) No cash value

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, are not banked or stored value, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred outside the game except where the game expressly allows, or redeemed for real‑world goods/services.

4) Billing, taxes, cancellations

Payments may be processed by third‑party platforms (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play) or other payment providers shown at checkout. Any recurring subscriptions (if offered) can be managed and cancelled via the platform/account settings used to subscribe. Prices may include GST where applicable or it may be added at checkout depending on the store and your location.

5) Refunds (New Zealand)

Because Virtual Items are digital and often delivered immediately, refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind. However, nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If a purchase is not supplied, is defective, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy.

6) Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback may result in temporary suspension of access to the related Virtual Items and/or account while we review the dispute, and we may reverse granted items if the payment is reversed.
